Description:	La presente tesis ofrece un análisis de la integración de la marroquinería como actividad primordial en la comunidad de San Vicente Ferrer, El Marques, Querétaro, como forma de producción emergente desarrollada al margen de las políticas públicas de desarrollo regional, así como aquellas estrategias integradas a la producción que permitieron que se convirtiera en una actividad productiva emergente y que en la actualidad constituye el principal eje económico de la comunidad. Se trata de una investigación de corte cualitativo en donde se presentan un estudio sobre las estrategias empleadas por los productores marroquineros teniendo como base la estructura familiar. This thesis provides an analysis of the integration of mainly leather goods business in the community of San Vicente Ferrer, El Marques, Querétaro, emerging as a form of production developed outside the public policy of regional development, as well as those integrated strategies production that allowed him to become an emerging productive activity and that currently constitutes the main economic hub of the community. It is a qualitative research where a study on the strategies employed by the leather goods producers on the basis of family structure is presented.
