dc.descriptionLa interpretación en los procesos de procuración de justicia es hasta recientemente una labor reconocida y aun son pocos los estudios que hay sobre la especialidad, sin embargo la información es muy escasa cuando se ejerce en lenguas indígenas. Los implicados indígenas manejan un español básico por eso el trabajo del intérprete es indispensable para facilitar la comunicación y explicar el desarrollo de su proceso, ya que los juicios penales se llevan a cabo con la terminología jurídica concebida desde el español, y no desde los sistemas normativos indígenas por esta razón la intervención de los intérpretes está indicada desde el marco legal internacional al que México se ha vinculado. El presente trabajo de investigación muestra desde la función del intérprete la gran dificultad en las transferencias de una lengua a otra tan distintas en su morfología como en su léxico y sin embargo capaces de confluir en un espacio y de encontrar aproximaciones semánticas para lograr el propósito de comprensibilidad de los mensajes, en virtud de los recursos y la organización discursiva que el intérprete resuelve usar en lo inmediato de su desempeño. Se describen las modalidades que pueden usarse y las técnicas que apoyan la tarea interpretativa como parte de la preparación en la formación de intérpretes profesionales, así como la participación de las instituciones involucradas.es_ES
dc.descriptionThe interpretation of the processes of law enforcement is until recently a recognized task and even more, there are few studies related this field, furthermore, the information is very limited when applied in indigenous languages. Indigenous persons are only able to manage basic Spanish, for this the effort of the interpreter is essential to facilitate communication and explain the development of these process, since the criminal trials are carried out with the legal terminology conceived in Spanish, and not from the indigenous regulatory systems; for this reason, the intervention of the interpreters is indicated from an international legal framework to which Mexico has been linked. The present investigation shows, from a functional standpoint the great difficulty in the transition of one language to another, the difference in its morphology as in its lexicon and however, the capability to converge in a space and find semantics approaches to achieve the purpose, in virtue of the resources and the discourse organization that the interpreter has to resolve in the immediate performance. The forms and techniques that can be used and the support of the interpretive task as part of the preparation in the training of professional interpreters, as well as the participation of the institutions involved, are described.es_ES
