dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objeto conocer cómo se dio y desarrolló el reparto agrario en la municipalidad de Jalpan, a través del estudio del procedimiento legal agrario que afectó a la hacienda de San Francisco para formar el ejido Jalpan. Resaltan las políticas agrarias que siguieron los gobernadores de los estados y presidentes de la República para intentar tener equilibrio y estabilidad en la sociedad mexicana. En el estado de Querétaro, específicamente en la municipalidad de Jalpan, el reparto agrario fue un medio estratégico de control que contribuyó a la estabilidad: desfragmentó el latifundio Olvera-Cabrera, se afectó a los poderosos de Jalpan y se controló en buena medida a los campesinos. Sin embargo, el reparto agrario representó la opción entrañada de los campesinos para recibir tierra. Con la ley del 6 de enero de 1915, que puso en marcha la reforma agraria en México, se solicitó la formación del ejido de Jalpan, solicitud que se siguió ante los organismos agrarios (CLA y CNA), con los medios legales oportunos. Se experimentaron los altibajos del reparto, pero finalmente se obtuvieron las tierras. Los campesinos se supeditaron al Estado; los herederos de la familia Olvera fueron expropiados, el gran latifundio fue desfragmentado y el poder político económico Olvera –Cabrera disminuyó.es_ES
dc.descriptionThe objective of this research work was to find out how land distribution was carried out in the Municipality of Jalpan through a study of the legal agrarian proceeding that affected the San Francisco hacienda in order to form the Jalpan ejido. Agrarian policies that were followed by the governors of the states and presidents of the Republic in an attempt to achieve a balance and stability in Mexican society are highlighted. In the State of Queretaro, specifically in the Municipality of Jalpan, land distribution was a strategic control method which contributed to stability. The large Olvera –Cabrera landholding was broked up, the powerful of Jalpan were affected and to a large degree the peasant farmers were controlled. Nevertheless, land distribution represented a deeply felt option for receiving land on the part of the peasant farmers. With the land reform in Mexico which was put into effect through the law of January 6, 1915, the formation of the Jalpan ejido was applied for. This request went before the agrarian authorities (CLA and CNA, from their initials in Spanish) using the correct legal measures. There were ups and downs in the distribution, but finally the land were obtained. The peasant farmers were subordinated to the State, the Olvera family heirs had their property expropriated, the great landholding was broken up and the political and economic power of the Olvera–Cabrera ́s diminished.es_ES
