Description:	El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la relación no explicita entre los conceptos alienación y separación de Jacques Lacan y su doctrina de la locura en psicoanálisis, así como las consecuencias teóricas y clínicas de esta articulación para esclarecer la especificidad y límites de la práctica psicoanalítica frente a una concepción particular del malestar contemporáneo: el individualismo moderno, su ideal emancipatorio y la erradicación de la otredad. Con este fin se da revisión a los fundamentos de estas propuestas y el contexto en que son desarrolladas, desde la perspectiva del dialogo entre el psicoanálisis con otras disciplinas. El primer capítulo indaga el campo semántico-etimológico de los conceptos estudiados. El segundo capítulo distingue el concepto “locura” de psicosis aludiendo a los presupuestos filosóficos de Hegel y al debate entre J. Lacan y H. Ey. Asimismo, se hace una aproximación crítica a la lectura lacaniana de la tragedia “Antígona”, interrogando sus alcances éticos. El tercer capítulo profundiza en la causación del sujeto a partir del operador lógico alienación-separación, permitiendo obtener una concepción no individualista del inconsciente y el deseo. El cuarto capítulo confronta los argumentos de Lacan con la orientación dirigida por sus discípulos y comentaristas sobre la articulación propuesta, con el fin de polemizar y contrastar sus diferencias. The objective of this research is to analyze the non-explicit relationship between the concepts of alienation and separation and the doctrine of madness in Jacques Lacan psychoanalytical theory, as well as the clinical and theoretical consequences of its articulation in order to clarify the specificity and limits of psychoanalytic practice in the face of a particular conception of contemporary suffering: modern individualism, the ideal of emancipation and eradication of otherness. The fundamentals of these proposals and their context are reviewed from the perspective of the dialogue between psychoanalysis and other disciplines. The first chapter explores the semantic-etymological field of the used concepts. The second chapter distinguishes the concept "madness" from psychosis alluding to Hegelian philosophy, and the debate between J. Lacan and H. Ey. Likewise, a critical approach is made to the Lacanian reading of the tragedy "Antigone", questioning its ethical scope. The third chapter delves into the subject's causation from the logical operator of alienation-separation, allowing to obtain a non-individualistic conception of the unconscious and desire. The fourth chapter confronts Lacan's arguments on the proposed articulation with the orientation directed by his disciples and commentators, in order to polemicize and contrast their differences
