dc.descriptionEl objetivo de este trabajo fue desarrollar un sistema acuapónico de recirculación continua (SAQ,) de Cuphea spp. con Cyprinus carpio L. para incrementar la producción de metabolitos especializados (ME) en plantas con el enfoque de uso ornamental en interiores. Se probaron tres variedades, C. hyssopifolia, C. ignea y C. cyanea con sus controles en tierra durante 90 días bajo sistema protegido con un microclima específico de la zona de Amazcala, el Marqués, Querétaro, México. La variedad C. ignea no mostró tener las características adecuadas para ser introducida en el SAQ. Se observó que la variedad C. hyssopifolia contenía la mayor concentración de ME y se mantuvo con un valor de 63.39 mg/g respecto del control al final del tratamiento del SAQ. Su CAO mediante método DPPH fue de 28.81 mg/g y por método de FRAP 19.66 mg/g. Los análisis estadísticos (Fisher LSD, 95% de confianza) mostraron diferencia significativa (DS) en la concentración de Fenoles Totales (FT) y en su capacidad antioxidante (CAO) entre la Cuphea spp. al ser introducidas en un SAQ. Una comparación de C. cyanea en SAQ y en un sistema Hidropónico tradicional (SH) reveló que existieron DS al final de 90 días, la variedad en el SAQ mostró mantenerse 1.25 mg/g mayor respecto del control y 1.41 mg/g respecto del SH en la concentración de FT. Su CAO por DPPH fue 7.94 mg/g respecto del control inicial y 2.72 respecto del SH. Estos resultados se confirmaron mediante UPC2.es_ES
dc.descriptionThe aim of this work was to develop an aquaponic continuous recirculation system (SAQ) of Cuphea spp. with Cyprinus carpio L. to increase the production of specialized metabolites (ME) in plants with ornamental indoor use. Three varieties, C. hyssopifolia, C. ignea and C. cyanea were tested with their controls on soil for 90 days under a protected system with a specific microclimate from the Amazcala, Marques, Queretaro, Mexico area. The C. ignea variety did not show adequate characteristics to be introduced into the SAQ. It was observed that the variety C. hyssopifolia contained the highest concentration of ME and was maintained with a value of 63.39 mg / g with respect to the control at the end of the SAQ treatment.
