Description:	Se desarrolla un Mortero-Reparador, el cual es una alternativa de remediación a uno de los problemas más recurrentes en el ámbito de la construcción; las grietas. Uno de los propósitos que se buscó es que fuese sustentable (económico y fácil de usar). El material que más se utilizo fue la Resina de Polyester, este polímero se usó constantemente en las diferentes combinaciones en las que se aplicó adicionándolo con: Cal, Cemento Portland, Calcita, Yeso y Arcilla. De aquí se seleccionó solo uno de estos insumos, con la cual se obtuvieron las mejores propiedades en combinación con la Resina, después se realizaron las diferentes dosificaciones con la finalidad de eficientar el costo del polímero, se procedió a realizar las pruebas de compresión de las cuales se obtuvieron resultados satisfactorios en corto tiempo, donde se comprobó que este mortero-reparador posee grandes propiedades, como el fraguado en un tiempo de 30 minutos, manejabilidad y una resistencia buena a la compresión, así mismo se realizó una prueba de Difracción de Rayos X (DRX).para conocer su mineralogía. It develops a Mortar- Repairman, which is an alternative remedial to one of the most common problems in the construction field; cracks. It was look for is that it would be sustainable (economic and easy to use). The most commonly material used was the Polyester resin, this polymer was consistently used in different combinations where it was applied, adding it with: Lime, Portland Cement, Calcite, Gypsum and Clay. It was only only input select from here, in which the best properties were obtained in combination whit resin, then different doses were performed in order to streamline the cost of the polymer, after that, compression tests were performed and successful results were obtain in a short time. Now it can be proved that this repairman-morter has great properties, such as setting a 30 minutes time, handling and good resistance to compression, also there was a ray diffraction test (XRD ) . for their mineralogy .
