Description:	Este trabajo muestra cómo se mejoró la calidad del proceso productivo de la empresa de Cantera ¿Jaramillo¿ en Huichapan, Hidalgo. Utilizando una técnica de mejoramiento de calidad para encontrar y eliminar causas de errores o defectos en el proceso productivo de la cantera, mediante la estrategia Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC). La metodología propuesta mejoró sustancialmente la calidad de los productos y proceso de la cantera a través de un mapeo que permitió identificar los puntos críticos para la calidad (CTQ) y el alcance del mismo. This work shows how improved the quality of the production process of the company Cantera "Jaramillo" in Huichapan, Hidalgo. Using quality improvement techniques to find and eliminate causes of errors or defects in the production process of the quarry, through the strategy Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC). The proposed method substantially improved the quality of the products and process of the quarry through a mapping which identified the critical to quality (CTQ) and the scope thereof.
