dc.descriptionEste trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los planteamientos que han surgido en torno a la propiedad intelectual dentro de la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (UAQ), con la finalidad de aprovechar el potencial de generación de conocimiento e innovación de la UAQ concebida en proyectos tecnológicos en conjunto Academia - Industria. El análisis central se constituye, en principio, a partir de la necesidad de reglamentación de la propiedad intelectual mediante una normativa especial que garantice y proteja la creatividad intelectual que se está produciendo dentro de la UAQ. Dentro de las técnicas de recolección de datos se empleó una extensa revisión bibliográfica y estudio del arte que sirvieron como base para la investigación práctica donde se empleó la observación no estructurada y entrevistas abiertas realizadas a expertos, investigadores y coordinadores en los sectores Academia - Industria involucrado en el modelo de triple hélice, de donde se obtuvo que a pesar de existir algunas complicaciones en la alineación de objetivos particulares y establecimiento de un objetivo común, con una coordinación eficiente el modelo llega a representar una alianza ganar-ganar con un conjunto de beneficios de alto impacto para la generación de conocimiento y obtención de infraestructura en las universidades, generación de tecnología comercializable para las empresas y para el gobierno implica apoyo y desarrollo social en el país.es_ES
dc.descriptionThe objective of this study is to analyze the proposals that have arisen regarding intellectual property within the Autonomous University of Queretaro (UAQ, from its initials in Spanish) with the purpose of taking advantage of the potential for the creation of knowledge and innovation of the UAQ stemming from joint Academia-industry technological projects. The central analysis is based in principle on the need to regulate intellectual property through a special law that will guarantee and protect intellectual creativity being produced within the UAQ. Among data collection techniques used were an extensive bibliographic review and the study of art which served as a basis for the practical research in which unstructured observation and open interviews with experts, researchers and coordinators of the Academia-industry sectors involved in the triple helix model were carried out. It was found that despite the existence of some complications in aligning particular objectives and establishing a common objective, with efficient coordination the model can represent a win-win alliance with a group of high impact benefits for the creation of knowledge and the obtaining of infrastructure in universities, the creation of marketable technology for companies and for the government, support and social development in the country.es_ES
