dc.description	"La propuesta de este trabajo de investigación consiste en sostener un dialogo entre la posible relación del psicoanálisis y el cuidado de sí (epimeleia heautou) a partir de la propuesta de Michel Foucault, advirtiendo sus semejanzas y disparidades. Con este fin, es indispensable la revisión del concepto de transferencia en la obra de Sigmund Freud y Jacques Lacan. Se considera la propuesta freudiana y el replanteamiento de Lacan sobre este concepto como fundamental para dar cuenta de un malestar neurótico. La transferencia será el centro del debate entre distintos psicoanalistas respecto a la pertinencia o no del vínculo con las prácticas espirituales, por lo que se otorga principal consideración a la noción de parresia – presente en el cuidado de sí – como parte principal de una ética del hablar franco entre discípulo y maestro. La espiritualidad griega tiene resonancias en la tradición psicoanalítica al posicionarse sobre el sentido que se le otorga al concepto psique. En la teorización freudiana, la transferencia cumple un papel de mostrar los lazos libidinales propios del Narcisismo, constituyentes de la posición neurótica de sufrimiento. En Lacan, la transferencia surge por una cuestión sorpresiva a partir del lenguaje, donde el analizante presenta la estructura del amor, como estructura del engaño, y el analista opera como un vacío. Se examinan las posturas de los autores al respecto para dilucidar las cuestiones en juego dentro de este debate, así como interrogantes sobre puntos de problematización y elucidación respecto a abordajes clínicos posibles, desde la lectura psicoanalítica. Es en los márgenes de lo analizable, que podemos encontrar respuestas a la especificidad del campo psicoanalítico. La transferencia plantea un margen de lo que se entiende por la praxis psicoanalítica, pues supone un determinado entendimiento de la dirección de la cura, ante el sufrimiento y malestar neurótico."	es_ES
dc.description	"The proposal of this research centers in sustaining a dialogue between the possible relationship of psychoanalysis and self-care (epimeleia heautou) from the proposal of Michel Foucault, noting their similarities and disparities. It is essential to review the concept of transference in the work of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan. The Freudian proposal and Lacan’s elaboration on this concept are considered as fundamental to account for neurotic discomfort. The transference will be the center of the debate among different psychoanalysts as to the relevance, or not, of the link with spiritual practices, therefore the main consideration is the notion of parresia – present in the self-care practice – as the main part of an ethics of frank speech between disciple and master. Greek spirituality has resonances in the psychoanalytic tradition by positioning itself on the meaning given to the concept Psyche. In Freudian theorizing, transference plays a role in showing the libidinal ties of narcissism, constituents of the neurotic position of suffering. In Lacan, transference is a matter of surprise that comes from language, where the patient presents the structure of love, as the structure of deception, and the analyst operates as a void. We examine the authors' positions in this regard, in an attempt to elucidate the issues at stake in this debate, as well as questions about issues regarding possible clinical approaches, from psychoanalytic reading. It is on the margins of the analyzable that we can find answers to the specificity of the psychoanalytic field. The transfer poses a margin of what is understood by psychoanalytic praxis, since it presupposes a certain understanding of the direction of the cure, in the face of neurotic suffering and discomfort."	es_ES
