dc.description	Introducción: El embarazo en la adolescencia continúa siendo un problema de salud pública a nivel mundial; es un embarazo de riesgo, debido a su condición fisiológica de inmadurez y las complicaciones que pueden presentarse, tienen diferente comportamiento que en las embarazadas de edad adulta. Entre las complicaciones del embarazo se han identificado la prevalencia de infecciones del tracto genitourinario, aborto, prematurez y parto pretérmino, sin embargo, se desconoce la prevalencia y la edad gestacional de presentación en adolescentes embarazadas. Objetivo: Identificar la edad gestacional de presentación de complicaciones obstétricas en adolescentes embarazadas. Metodología: Estudio transversal y descriptivo. Se estudiaron a todas las adolescentes que durante los años 2015-2017 presentaron embarazo. Se estudió la prevalencia y edad gestacional de presentación de las complicaciones obstétricas como aborto, infección de vías urinarias, infecciones cervicovaginales, preeclampsia/eclampsia, ruptura prematura de membranas, parto pretérmino; también se evaluó la condición del producto al nacimiento como peso, Apgar, prematurez, membrana hialina e ictericia. El análisis estadístico incluyó promedios y porcentajes e intervalo de confianza. Resultados: La prevalencia de infección de vías urinarias fue 40.5% (IC 95%; 30.9-50.1), a las 20.42 semanas (IC 95%; 17.69-23.15), aborto con prevalencia de 22.7% (IC 95%; 14.4-31.0) a las 9.69 semanas (IC 95%; 8.48-10.9), y la ruptura prematura de membranas de 7.0% (IC 95%; 1.9-12.0) a las 35.29 semanas (IC 95%; 30.86-39.71). Conclusión: Se identificó la prevalencia de complicaciones obstétricas y edad gestacional de presentación en adolescentes embarazadas y se observaron resultados distintos a la literatura internacional.	es_ES
dc.description	Introduction: The adolescent pregnancy continues to be a global public health problem; is a pregnancy risk, due to his physiological condition of immaturity and the complications that can arise, these have different behavior in pregnant adult age. Among the complications of pregnancy have been identified the prevalence of urinary tract infection, abortion, prematurity and preterm labor, however, the prevalence and gestational age of presentation in pregnant adolescents is unknown. Objective: Identify the gestational age of presentation of the obstetric complications in pregnant adolescents. Methodology: Transversal and descriptive study in adolescents, all those who over the years 2015-2017 presented pregnancy. We studied prevalence and gestational age of presentation of obstetrics complicatios as abortion, urinary tract infection, cervicovaginal infection, preeclampsia/eclampsia, premature rupture of membranes, preterm labor; also we evaluated the condition of the product to the birth as weight, Apgar puntuation, prematurity, hyaline membrane and jaundice. The statistical analysis included averages and percentages, confidence interval. Results: The urinary tract infections prevalence is 40.5% (CI 95%; 30.9-50.1), at 20.42 weeks (CI 95%; 17.69-23.15), abortion prevalence is 22.7% (IC 95%; 14.4-31.0) at 9.69 weeks (CI 95%; 8.48-10.9), and premature rupture of membranes is 7.0% (IC 95%; 1.9-12.0) at 35.29 weeks (CI 95%; 30.86-39.71). Conclusion: The obstetric complications prevalence and gestational age of presentation in pregnant adolescents was identified and different results were observed in the international literature.	es_ES
