dc.description	Las viviendas de interés social actualmente cuentan con espacios reducidos que no cumplen con las necesidades de la sociedad y su entorno, las empresas constructoras que se han hecho cargo de la construcción de las mismas, lo han convertido en un negocio donde lo importante es vender más por menos gastos de construcción y no las necesidades de los usuarios. Las viviendas requieren ser habitadas, que las actividades que ahí se desarrollan sean complemento del usuario, es decir la intercomunicación entre el usuario - mobiliario - espacio, por lo cual se ha propuesto lograr un espacio óptimo que cumpla con las necesidades básicas del usuario y su desarrollo físico y mental. En este trabajo se desarrolla la optimización de espacios en la vivienda de interés social a través de un modelo matemático de optimización que asocia como función objetivo el volumen general de la vivienda en términos de sus envolventes, las variables de diseño corresponden a las dimensiones de la vivienda mientras que las ecuaciones de estado corresponden a los requerimientos que caracterizan un espacio habitable como la antropometría, la ergonomía, la proxémica además de consideraciones respecto al confort térmico solicitado en una vivienda y el gasto energético que ello implica. Como resultado del algoritmo de optimización se obtienen el dimensionamiento óptimo de la vivienda de interés social que puede ser habitada sin menoscabo del sentido de pertenencia y privacidad solicitadas en una vivienda digna.	es_ES
dc.description	The social housing currently have tight spaces that do not meet the needs of society and environment; construction companies that have taken over of the construction of the same, have become a business where what matters is sell more for less costs and not the needs of the users. The normal households require to be inhabited, that the activities there are developed are add user, in other words, the communication between the user - furnishing - space, therefore has been proposed achieve optimal space that meets the basic needs of the user and physical and mental development. This paper develops the optimization of space in social housing through a mathematical model that takes as an objective function the overall volume of housing in terms of their envelopes, the design variables correspond to the dimensions of the housing while the state equations correspond to the requirements that characterize a living space such as anthropometry, ergonomics, proxemics and so on, as well considerations regarding thermal comfort and home energy costs. As a result of the optimization algorithm the optimal dimensioning of affordable housing that can be inhabited without impairing the sense of belonging and requested privacy decent housing is obtained.	es_ES
