dc.description	Esta investigación analiza las formas de reproducción social que se dan en torno a la cultura del consumo del alcohol, tomando como caso una cantina tradicional que opera de manera familiar; las condiciones y estrategias en que los propietarios de las cantinas han enfrentado las situaciones y cambios que afectan la continuidad de estas empresas familiares. En particular se identifican las relaciones socio-culturales y las transformaciones del entorno inmediato; así mismo, tratamos de dar cuenta del tipo de tensiones que surgen en el ejercicio cotidiano del trabajo.	es_ES
dc.description	This research analyzes the forms of social reproduction that take place around the culture of alcohol consumption, taking as a case a traditional canteen that operates in a familiar way; the conditions and strategies in which the owners of the canteens have faced situations and changes that affect the continuity of these family businesses. In particular, socio-cultural relationships and transformations of the immediate environment are identified; likewise, we try to account for the kind of tensions that arise in the daily exercise of work.	es_ES
