Description:	El adulto mayor con Deterioro Cognitivo, se traduce como la declinación de sus capacidades funcionales y afectación en la memoria, para ello debe recurrir a ayuda del exterior para lograr sus atenciones, con los términos «ayudar», «hacerse cargo», «asistencia», donde se sobre entiende una relación no igualitaria, esto ocurre principalmente en la realización de las Actividades Básicas de la Vida Diaria (ABVD), lo que ocasiona una pérdida de preferencias personales, desinterés para realizarlas y disminución de sus funciones ejecutivas, permitiendo el declive de la autonomía con el tiempo donde se sobrentiende una relación no igualitaria para ellas. Es por ello que se diseñó e implemento un producto para este tipo de usuarios, el cual se llegó a él por medio de la metodología denominada Doble Diamante creado por le Design Council, la cual consta de cuatro etapas principales: Descubrir, Definir, Desarrollar y Entregar, plasmadas a través de dos diamantes adyacentes donde se exhibe el proceso de diseño de pensamiento convergente y divergente. En cada una de las etapas de la metodología se estableció el objetivo y el método para lograrlo, concluyendo con un producto el cual fomentara la autonomía en los adultos mayores con deterioro cognitivo leve por medio de la estimulación auditiva durante la realización de las actividades de la vida diaria, en el cual se realizó la experimentación únicamente durante el cepillado de dientes dos veces al día durante tres semanas en la Fundación Alzheimer en la ciudad de Querétaro. Posterior a la utilización del producto, se modificó el contexto y se dejó el sonido y se cuestionó a cada uno de los usuarios para saber si se logró la asociación entre el sonido y la actividad del cepillado de dientes. Con el fin de estandarizar los resultados se realizó una encuesta previa y posterior a la utilización del producto sobre el sonido y la relación con el cepillado de dientes, obteniendo como resultados no efectivos en relación a la asociación auditiva, pero si en el reconocimiento visual del objeto. That is why we designed and implemented a product for such users, which came to him through the methodology called Double Diamond created by him Design Council, which consists of four main steps: Discover, Define, develop and deliver, embodied through two adjacent diamonds where the design process convergent and divergent thinking is displayed. At each stage of the methodology the objective and the method was established to achieve, concluding with a product which foster autonomy in older adults with mild cognitive impairment through auditory stimulation while performing activities daily life, in which experimentation was performed only during tooth brushing twice a day for three weeks at the Alzheimer Foundation in the city of Querétaro. After using the product, the context was modified and the sound stopped and questioned each user to know whether the association between sound and activity of toothbrushing was achieved. In order to standardize the results prior and subsequent to the use of the product on the sound and the relationship with tooth brushing survey, obtaining as effective results in relation to the auditory association was made, but in the visual recognition object.
