| Description: | Se realizó un estudio observacional, analítico y retrospectivo. En toda paciente que curso con Síndrome de Hellp y con trombocitopenia de acuerdo a la clasificación a MISSISSIPPI 1 y 2. En el periodo que comprende del 01 de noviembre del 2017 al 01 de noviembre del 2019. Se construyó un grupo con diagnóstico de Síndrome de Hellp y trombocitopenia de acuerdo a la clasificación MISSISSIPPI 1 y 2 sin tratamiento con dexametasona. Los criterios de inclusión serán pacientes con síndrome de HELLP, valorando clasificación de MISSISSIPPI tipo 1 y 2 |
