dc.description"Construir viviendas es un tema que tiene una importancia, y en ocasiones pareciera un tema supérfluo para estudiarlo a profundidad. Desde el comienzo el diseño de la vivienda, se debe de analizar más allá de lo estético y funcional, ya que hay otros temas se relacionan con este tema de la construcción de viviendas en serie. Además de crear casas habitación, es modificar la forma de diseñar, de proyectar, y tomar una nueva perspectiva en la cual se conozca y estudie la arquitectura bioclimática para aprender a aplicar las estrategias pasivas que se adecuen al proyecto. Se tendría que analizar el entorno donde se construirían dichas viviendas, tomando en cuenta todo lo que le rodea: su clima, sus temperaturas máximas y mínimas, los vientos dominantes, la incidencia solar y el tipo de materiales que se tienen en la región. Para poder definir cuál es el mejor diseño del proyecto, dependiendo, de la orientación que tenga: norte, este, sur u oeste. Se trabajó en dos programas digitales, en este caso como el ArchiCAD Ecodesigner® y el SISEVIVE ECOCASA® en los que se pueden realizar pruebas con los parámetros del proyecto que previamente se habrán cargado en el programa, para obtener el cálculo energético de la vivienda y así, comprobar antes de su construcción si brindará un confort higrotérmico al usuario final."es_ES
dc.description"Building homes is an issue that has an importance, and at times it seems a superfluous topic to study it in depth. From the beginning the design of the house, should be analyzed beyond the aesthetic and functional, since there are other issues related to this issue of the construction of houses in series. In addition to creating houses, it is to modify the way of designing, of projecting, and to take a new perspective in which bioclimatic architecture is known and studied in order to learn to apply the passive strategies that are suitable for the project.
