dc.descriptionBajo la perspectiva de los Derechos Humanos, en particular en lo que respecta al libre desarrollo de la personalidad, estimo necesaria la búsqueda de modelos dinámicos que se adapten a la época actual. Presento en este trabajo de investigación una opción para una decisión matrimonial, que tiene como objetivo dar a la pareja una alternativa más, consistente en contraer matrimonio por un tiempo determinado, esto con la finalidad de disminuir los divorcios y las relaciones en concubinato en el Estado de Querétaro, pues el Estado debe garantizar un adecuado goce y disfrute de los derechos que se encuentran contemplados en la Constitución. Por lo tanto, exploro las ventajas y desventajas de un matrimonio por tiempo determinado, el cual permitiría a la pareja conocerse mejor durante un tiempo de, por ejemplo, dos años, y al termino del mismo, decidir la renovación por tiempo indeterminado o la cancelación del vínculo en pareja.es_ES
dc.descriptionUnder the perspective of Human Rights, particularly in what refers to free development, of personality, we considers the search for dynamic models appropriate for the present time, as necessary. In this study we propose an option for a marriage decision, which aims at presenting couples with a new option consisting in getting married for a certain period of time, in order to reduce divorces and cohabitation relationships in the State of Querétaro, as State must grant a full enjoyment of rights considered within Constitution. Therefore, we explore advantages and disadvantages of marriage for a certain period of time, let’s say, two years, which would allow the couple knowing each other in a better way, and at the end of that period decide between the renewal of the agreement for an undetermined period of time, or the cancellation of the link between both.es_ES
