One of the most important current issues in which organizations are becoming increasingly interested is Knowledge Management (KM), or Knowledge Economy as some researchers call it. This issue (knowledge) is a key factor for the organization to reach a high level of competitiveness; capacities to create and exploit continuously opportunities related to the development of new activities and achieve the goals. The aim of this research is at taking two important factors: the benefit and the how; given the profile or focus topic of this research, the second factor is developed, proposing a web Model applicable to the Knowledge Management (KMM) for Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), that is, not to focus on the benefits but on the how to take it into practice, what must be done, what the lessons learned are in order to reproduce the benefits reflected in knowledge, transforming little by little into a basic instrument for business management. Peter Drucker says that the third revolution is the revolution of knowledge management applied to knowledge, this is, it is no longer enough to hire a mechanic engineer or an electronic engineer, but it is necessary to perform a market research in order to know whether the product is really in line or not with the needs of society, building and applying knowledge in order to achieve better ways to enhance productivity, managing the information that results in new knowledge, producing new information and new knowledge in a positive feedback cycle. As a consequence we can say that KM is an abstract and complex subject, difficult to apply in practice and, in order to understand the functioning of knowledge in organizations it is required to use a wide variety of disciplines. Not only to the technological, cultural or systemic focus, but also to understand how people perform, to have basic concepts of psychology, anthropology, and sociology, as well as notions on organization strategies, economy and this may be the most difficult task faced by organizations and people when implementing KM. Because when we talk about this subject accepting changing paradigms and concepts is mandatory, as in order to apply knowledge management collaborative work is required, where people cooperate, then there comes the need for a change, as professionals organizations must change and become more flexible.
