dc.descriptionEl presente documento muestra una investigación de tipo cualitativa realizada mediante los procesos y características de la misma ya que estos han sido apropiados para lograr los resultados y objetivos planteados. El principal objetivo de esta tesis es conservar el nombramiento de Pueblo Mágico a través de la implementación de la Técnica de las 5’S en las microempresas, como modelo de calidad que sirve para que los nuevos negocios y los ya existentes en Jalpan de Serra, mejoren su imagen y potencialicen su rentabilidad. Además saber de qué forma ha influido este nombramiento en el tema del Emprendimiento en la localidad. En el primer capítulo se encuentra la información que determina el curso de la investigación como lo son la definición del problema, las preguntas de investigación, hipótesis y los objetivos. En el segundo capítulo se aborda la revisión de la literatura de acuerdo con el programa de Pueblos Mágicos, el Emprendimiento y la Técnica de las 5’S, cuya teoría complemento el desarrollo de la tesis. En el tercer capítulo se anexa el expediente La Magia de Jalpan, se desarrollan los temas de Emprendimiento y la Técnica de las 5’S en Jalpan de Serra. En el cuarto capítulo encuentran el análisis y resultados de dicha investigación y se puede apreciar el número de licencias otorgadas por el municipio en los últimos seis años dando referencia al impacto de este nombramiento a las variables de Emprendimiento y Pueblo Mágico. Se llegó a la conclusión que el programa de Pueblos Mágicos ha beneficiado en gran medida al Municipio de Jalpan de Serra, su nombramiento ha sido un detonante para el incremento del turismo en esta localidad, mismo que ha impulsado el Emprendimiento, además para que las microempresas se mantengan en funcionamiento es necesario la aplicación de la herramienta de calidad llamada Técnica de las 5’S.es_ES
dc.descriptionThis document presents a qualitative investigation conducted by processes and characteristics appropriate to achieve the results and objectives. The main objective of this thesis is to preserve the appointment of Magic Towns through the implementation of the 5'S Technique in micro-enterprises, such as the quality model that aids new and existing businesses in Jalpan de Serra in improving their image and enhancing their profitability. Additionally, the thesis seeks to learn how this designation has influenced the theme of the entrepreneurship in the community. In the first chapter we find information that determines the course of the research, such as the definition of the problem, research questions, hypotheses, and objectives. The second chapter deals with the review of the literature regarding the Magic Towns Program, Entrepreneurship and Technique of the 5'S, whose theory complements the development of the thesis. The third chapter records the case of The Magic of Jalpan, developed by the themes of Entrepreneurship and the Technique of the 5'S in Jalpan de Serra. In the fourth chapter are the analysis and results of this investigation, where one can see the number of licenses granted by the municipality in the last six years, giving reference to the impact of this designation on the variables of Entrepreneurship and Magic Town. It was concluded that the Magic Towns Program has greatly benefited the Municipality of Jalpan de Serra; its designation has been a trigger for increased tourism in the town, which has driven Entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the application of the so called quality tool 5’S Technique is necessary for the micro enterprises to stay operating.es_ES
