dc.descriptionIntroducción. El síndrome coronario agudo es la manifestación clínica de la cardiopatía isquémica, patología altamente tiempo sensible que requiere de un diagnóstico precoz para la instauración de un tratamiento oportuno, para lo cual se han establecido objetivos de tiempo para el diagnóstico y la terapéutica. Objetivo. Es estimar el tiempo puerta electrocardiograma como indicador de calidad y buena praxis en los pacientes con síndrome coronario agudo que ingresan al servicio de urgencias del hospital general Querétaro. Metodología. Es un estudio observacional, prospectivo y transversal, realizado en el servicio de urgencias del hospital general Querétaro durante el periodo del 30 junio del 2013 al 4 de agosto del 2014, analizando los pacientes con diagnóstico final de síndrome coronario agudo. Las variables continuas son presentadas como promedio con rango intercuartil y los valores de p utilizando la prueba t de Student considerando como significativos los valores de p ≤ 0.05. El análisis de datos se realizó en la hoja de cálculo SPSS 15. Resultados. Durante en tiempo de revisión se obtuvieron 93 pacientes los cuales reunieron los criterios de inclusión del estudio de los cuales se estimó un tiempo puerta electrocardiograma promedio de 45 minutos y un rango intercuartil de 55 minutos. Conclusiones. El presente estudio muestra la utilidad en la estimación del tiempo puerta electrocardiograma como indicador de calidad y buena praxis en los procesos de Triage y diagnóstico inicial, en el paciente con síndrome coronario agudo en una unidad de segundo nivel de atención médica, evidenciando algunas fallas susceptibles de mejora, para brindar servicios médicos de calidad acorde a las directrices internacionales.es_ES
dc.descriptionIntroduction. The acute coronary syndrome is the clinic manifestation of cardiac ischemic. This pathology is sensitive in timing because it requires an early detection to start with a proper and early treatment, so being timing the key element; specific objectives have been established for the proper and opportune diagnosis. Objective. To properly esteem the door time electrocardiogram as quality indicator and good praxis in patients suffering from acute coronary syndrome who enter to the emergency area from the hospital of Queretaro. Methodology. The type of the study is observational, prospective and transversal; this study took place at the emergency area of the hospital of Queretaro during the period from June 30th of 2013 until August 4th of 2014 analyzing patients who suffered from the acute coronary syndrome. Continue variables are presented in average with a interquartile range; the values associated to p, using the Student's t tests, are considered relevant values of p ≤ 0.05. Data was analyzed in an SSPS 15 calculating sheet. Outcome. 93 patients who presented the symptoms were analyzed during the mentioned period of time, the average electrocardiogram time was 45 minutes and interquartile range of 55 minutes. Conclusion. This analysis demonstrates how the door time electrocardiogram as quality indicator and good praxis in the processes of triage and initial diagnosis, that the patient with the acute coronary syndrome who is treated in a second degree medical unit, bringing to attention some areas of opportunity that could improve, so medical services can be matched to international standards.es_ES
