dc.descriptionUno de los elementos básicos de la educación para la ciudadanía es la participación infantil. Hablar de participación infantil desde cualquier ámbito implica reconocerla como parte de un derecho humano. Dentro de este marco la escuela es un espacio idóneo para su desarrollo. Una metodología que promueve la participación y la formación ciudadana es la denominada Aprendizaje-Servicio. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo identificar y describir cómo la práctica docente dentro de un proyecto de Aprendizaje-Servicio propicia la participación del estudiantado. El marco metodológico está fundamentado en la Investigación cualitativa. Se trata de un estudio de caso que tiene como unidad de análisis un grupo de 8 docentes (6 mujeres y 2 hombres) y su quehacer dentro del grupo 3°“L”de la Escuela Secundaria No. 4. Las técnicas de recolección de datos utilizadas fueron la observación participante, entrevista semi-estructurada, bitácora de participación de estudiantes, y una la adaptación de la rúbrica de evaluación de proyectos APS. En los resultados se encontró que las y los docentes estuvieron ausentes en la realización del proyecto APS. Su intervención se limitó a dar indicaciones y apoyo con materiales en la construcción de “Jardín y Bancas de Descanso”, sin embargo, este hecho no impidió que los-las estudiantes participaran activamente durante la ejecución del proyecto donde la participación promovió las habilidades individuales y de cooperación para resolver una tarea.es_ES
dc.descriptionOne of the basic elements of citizenship education is child participation. To speak of child participation from any field implies recognizing it as part of a human right. Within this framework, the school is an ideal space for its development. A necessary tool for the promotion of citizen participation and training is the Service -Learning methodology. The aim of this study is to identify and describe how the teaching practice within a Service-Learning Project fosters the participation of the students. The methodological framework of this work is based on qualitative research that contextualizes the phenomenon. It is a case study that has as a unit of analysis a group of 8 teachers (6 woman 2 men) and their work within the group of High School No. 4, 3°”L”. The data collection techniques used were participant observation, semi-structured interviews, student participation log, and an adaptation of the APS Project evaluation rubric. The results take into account the level of frequency of the actions carried out by the teachers, it was found that they were absent in the implementation of the Service Learning project. This intervention was limited to giving indications and support with materials in the construction of the “Garden and Rest Benches.”. However, this fact did not prevent the students from actively participating during the execution of the Project where the participation was the necessary action in of the individual abilities and of the cooperation of all involved to solve a task.es_ES
