Description:	Ciertamente, el desarrollo sostenible es aquel que satisface las necesidades de las generaciones presentes, sin comprometer la capacidad de las generaciones futuras buscando satisfacer necesidades propias, si trasladamos el término de sustentabilidad al desarrollo de edificaciones, es preciso determinar que una vivienda sustentable es aquella que tiene como objetivo tener el máximo aprovechamiento de recursos naturales, de tal modo que minimizando el impacto ambiental de la construcción sobre el hábitat y los habitantes. No obstante, se debe dejar en claro que la construcción sustentable no significa construir solamente viviendas de madera ni usar exclusivamente materiales reciclados, sino que es fundamental proponer una propuesta integral que favorezca el equilibro ecológico, el compromiso social y la eficiencia económica, con la finalidad de brindar una calidad de vida a sus usuarios. Desde hace unos años, la sustentabilidad se ha tornado un tema con gran importancia ante muchas organizaciones internacionales, las cuales han ido creando parámetros de vivienda ecológica que pueda brindad habitabilidad a losusuarios, previamente tomar en cuenta las medidas para obtener ahorro de energía, agua, tratado y reutilizado de aguas, composta a través del manejo adecuado de residuos, establecimiento y estudio de diseño bioclimático y creación de áreas verdes, apegada a lineamientos y orientaciones de normativas y apoyos financieros. Certainly, sustainable development is one that meets the needs of present generations, without compromising the ability of future generations seeking to meet their own needs, if we transfer the term of sustainability to the development of buildings, it is necessary to determine that a sustainable housing is one that Its objective is to maximize the use of natural resources, in such a way that minimizing the environmental impact of the construction on the habitat and the inhabitants. However, it should be made clear that sustainable construction does not mean building only wooden houses or using exclusively recycled materials, but it is fundamental to propose an integral proposal that favors ecological balance, social commitment and economic efficiency, with the purpose to provide a quality of life to its users. For a few years, sustainability has become a topic of great importance to many international organizations, which have been creating parameters of ecological housing that can provide habitability to users, previously take into account the measures to obtain energy savings, water , treated and reused water, composting through proper waste management, establishment and study of bioclimatic design and creation of green areas, adhering to guidelines and guidelines of regulations and financial support.
