The reconstruction of housing after the disaster in rural Mexico has improved, has been modified, affected, affected, epeated, repressed, repressed, inefficient results, the interests have been crossed out and crossed out and these response patterns have been followed. Attributes in an appropriate and timely manner. The project arose from the reflection of the modes of response and action after the earthquakes of September 2017 and the concern to provide housing solutions self-produced safe, livable and with quality of life for its inhabitants. The present investigation has a qualitative approach: the review of the literature, the information on the reality of the reconstruction in Mexico and the topics to be addressed. In the field visit, the study subjects in the community of Tlayecac, Morelos are observed and analyzed based on what they say and do in situations of housing recovery after a disaster, with interviews and logbook entries. with Nvivo 12 software is supported for its analysis, needs are evaluated and the conception and development of the constructive didactic tool "CALTIA" is explained, which is a support tool in the stage of design and planning in social production of housing in its modality of assisted selfproduction which allows to configure spaces according to the needs and aspirations of the participants. The prototype was tested in the Lajitas community, the use of the tool, an implementation methodology and the support manuals with these were advised to the participants so that the house they would like to have. Obtaining threedimensional models of personalized homes as a result. The functionality of the prototype was evaluated through an escalation. The time and quality of the project was compared against other traditional design methodologies. Obtaining as a result customized housing projects in less time and necessary improvements for a more functional prototype.es_ES
