Interpretation is considered as a very important element inside music, but most of the factors associated with it, and its direct relationship with human body, are not usually analyzed. Given the scarcity of research in this regard, and studies related to the biological response developed in humans through evolution, using voice as an instrument, the primary objective of this work is to approach, through a mixed type of research, focused on the measurement of the main vital signs and written interviews to the advanced students of the the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, campus San Juan del Río. The first part of the study focuses on the measurement and obtaining of specific data regarding respect to each participant. The second part, the empirical part, was carried out through individual interviews to each of the interpreters. In addition, a visual and auditive evidence of each of the tests were taken, making a compilation, available to anyone interested in observing it. In general, the results were similar for each one of them, showing a notable modification of the vital signs after each test performed with the voice. Some of them have considerable changes, reaching almost one hundred percent of their own heart rate. In all the participants there was a biological response, naturally, a response that was reflected in the increase in heart rate, systole and diastole, and, a simple sight, change in the speed of breathing, sweating, posture, mood. The perception was also obtained according to the experience of each one of the students, describing and analyzing what they have felt before and after interpreting a musical work within the bel canto and at the end of the interpretation, and the relation with the internal processes of the human body. However, it has also been analyzed within the conclusions, the possibility of obtaining negative biological responses, which can cause discomforts and alterations in the health of the singer and musician in general.
