Description:	Este trabajo de investigación aborda el tema de la educación jurídica desde la acepción de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje del derecho en el ámbito de la educación superior a partir del siglo XXI en México, con base al cambio de paradigma constitucional con motivo de la Reforma Constitucional en materia de Derechos Humanos, y de esta manera, determina al constructivismo aplicado al ámbito jurídico como un modelo educativo y pedagógico que responde a las actuales necesidades y a los nuevos esquemas de comprensión en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje del derecho en el marco de la educación superior. Para ello, se parte de la postura epistemológica constructivista con un enfoque cualitativo. Los métodos empleados en esta investigación son: histórico, análisis, síntesis, deducción, sistémico-estructural, abstracción, concreción, comparación y sociológico-jurídico. Igualmente, se utilizaron técnicas de investigación como el análisis y la revisión bibliográfica de diversos textos, a saber: libros, artículos científicos, teorías, doctrina, entre otros. This investigation work addresses legal education themes from the acceptance of teaching and learning about law from university education side from the century XXI in Mexico, based on the change of constitutional paradigm on the occasion of the Constitutional Reform on Human Rights and on this way, is determinate the constructivism applied for the legal field as model of education and pedagogy according with the actual requirements and the new compression maps during teaching and learning about law during university education. To do this, we start from the constructivist epistemological position with a qualitative approach. The methods used in this investigation are: historical, analysis, synthesis, deduction, systemic-structural, abstraction, concretion, comparison and sociological-legal. Likewise, are used techniques for investigation as analysis and the bibliographical revision of diverse texts, books, scientific articles, theories, doctrines and others.
