Description:	La presente investigación propone un esquema de Gestión de la Tecnología adaptable a un parque biotecnológico, y analiza si el esquema impulsa la auto-sustentabilidad económica y la competitividad del parque. El caso de estudio para este trabajo fue el Parque Biotecnológico de la Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro. La investigación se realizó mediante una metodología cualitativa a través del método de estudio de caso y la fenomenología, aplicando entrevistas semiestructuradas y el análisis de documentos oficiales. Las entrevistas se aplicaron a diferentes investigadores de la Universidad adscritos al parque biotecnológico. En base a sus respuestas, se realizó la propuesta del esquema, partiendo del desarrollado por la Fundación Premio Nacional de Tecnología e Innovación. También se analizó la Auto-sustentabilidad, considerando la implementación del esquema de Gestión de la Tecnología propuesto. De acuerdo con esta proyección, en 2027, el parque biotecnológico generará los recursos necesarios para solventar los gastos que genera este mismo y para el siguiente año, ya se contará con beneficios. Asimismo, se proyectó la competitividad en valores de porcentuales relativos. Esta proyección se realizó con respecto a los valores máximos posibles, mostrando para 2037 el valor de 0.9, este valor indica un alto nivel de competitividad del Parque Biotecnológico. This research proposes a Technology Management scheme adaptable to a biotechnology park, and analyzes whether the scheme promotes economic self-sustainability and competitiveness of the park. The case study for this work was the Biotechnological Park of the Autonomous University of Querétaro. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology through the case study method and phenomenology, applying semi-structured interviews and the analysis of official documents. The interviews were applied to different researchers of the University assigned to the biotechnology park. Based on their answers, the proposal of the scheme was made, starting from the one developed by the National Technology and Innovation Award Foundation. The Self-sustainability was also analyzed, considering the implementation of the proposed Technology Management scheme. According to this projection, in 2027, the biotechnology park will generate the necessary resources to cover the expenses generated by this and for the following year, there will already be benefits. Likewise, the competitiveness in relative percentage values was projected. This projection was made with respect to the maximum possible values, showing for 2037 the value of 0.9, this value indicates a high level of competitiveness of the Biotechnological Park.
