| dc.description | el Hospital de Especialidades del Niño y la Mujer, forma médicos pediatras, los cuales conviven con la vida, la enfermedad y la muerte a diario, y aunque bien formados en su disciplina; se observan vacíos en ámbitos como el derecho, la ética y los derechos humanos. OBJETIVO: Analizar los argumentos necesarios para la elaboración deunprograma de capacitación en Bioética Clínica Hospitalaria para formación en el personal de salud durante la residencia profesional.METODOLOGÍA: el planteamiento es retomar la capacitación de ética y derechos humanos durante su formación en la previa etapa al campo laboral, y con el apoyo de herramientas de abordaje a problemas prácticos clínicos que se constituyen en dilemas éticos y cuestiones legales de la práctica médica; mediante talleres dialecticos; para entender que su actuar no ético podría tener efectos legales en contra del profesional de la salud; se evaluó al inicio y tres meses después de la intervención, a través de la aplicación de un instrumento con preguntas de selección múltiple, abiertas, o de lectura y comentarios sobre estudio de casos específicos. Adicionalmente, se llevó a caboun estudio de sombra de tres meses sobre su relación directa a pacientes y familiares, durantela obtención del consentimiento informado.RESULTADOS: Se trabajó con un grupo de médicos residentes asignadopor el cuerpo directivo de Enseñanza del Hospital Materno Infantil del Estado de Querétaro. En la entrevista diagnóstica se mostró que existe una noción general de dilemas éticos clínicos pero una nulametodología y conocimiento de herramientas clínico legales de estos, asu vez del marco legal que envuelve el ejercicio profesional de la pediatría en la legislación de México y los reglamentos internacionales de Bioética, una vez que se intervino con el proceso educativo, se mostró en el diagnóstico sombracambios significativosen la manera de tratar a familiares y pacientes,y una búsquedamás humana para obtener el consentimiento informado y al momento de explicar tratamientos médicos, y en el diagnóstico final las respuestas obtenidas se observaron mayormenteanalizadas y con mejorfundamento bioético. CONCLUSIONES: Se requiere sistematizar la capacitación en lineamientos jurídicos, éticos y derechos humanos del profesional médico en residencia, debido al conflicto ético constante en el ejercicio de su profesión, y basados en un programa que genere el Comité de Bioética Hospitalaria de la institución. | es_ES |

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the arguments necessary for the development of a training program in Clinical Bioethics Hospital for training in health personnel during professional residency. METHODOLOGY: the approach is to resume the training of ethics and human rights during their training in the previous stage in the field of work, and with the support of tools to approach clinical practical problems that constitute ethical dilemmas and legal issues of medical practice;through dialectic workshops; to understand that their unethical actions could have legal effects against the health professional; it was evaluated at the beginning and three months after the intervention, through the application of an instrument with multiple-choice questions, open questions, or reading and comments on the study of specific cases. In addition, a three-month shadow study was carried out on its direct relationship to patients and relatives, during the obtaining of informed consent. RESULTS: We worked with a group of resident doctors assigned by the teaching body of the Maternal and Child Hospital of the State of Querétaro. In the diagnostic interview it was shown that there is a general notion of clinical ethical dilemmas but a null methodology and knowledge of legal clinical tools of these, in turn of the legal framework that involves the professional practice of pediatrics in Mexican legislation and regulations International Bioethics, once it was intervened with the educational process, it was shown in the shadow diagnosis significant changes in the way of treating relatives and patients, and a more humane search to obtain informed consent and when explaining medical treatments, and in the final diagnosis the answers obtained were observed mostly analyzed and with better bioethical basis. CONCLUSIONS: It is necessary to systematize the training in legal, ethical and human rights guidelines of the medical professional in residence, due to the constant ethical conflict in the exercise of their profession, and based on a program generated by the Hospital Bioethics Committee of the institution. | es_ES |
