Description:	En las siguientes líneas analizaremos el uso del término “igualdad” en el congreso del Estado de Querétaro, desde de un análisis histórico para poder contextualizar mejor. Partimos de la premisa que quienes legislan lo hacen a partir de prejuicios y estereotipos personales, lo hacen de forma subjetiva, dejando de lado la teoría y los estudios que se tienen en la materia. Para entender mejor el uso en la legislación de la igualdad, analizaremos algunas posturas feministas que han dado pie a las reformas más recientes en la materia y que han incidido de forma importante en las nuevas agendas legislativas. Veremos también la pertinencia de emplear en el desarrollo de nuevas leyes algunas teorías contemporáneas sobre la igualdad, así como su repercusión en caso de aplicarse en nuestro territorio, así como la preparación que tienen quienes integran las comisiones relativas a la igualdad, dando como resultado algunas iniciativas que, desde la filosofía contemporánea, abonen en cuanto a su contenido teórico. In the following lines we Will analyze the use of the term “equality” in the congress of the state of Querétaro from a historical analysis, to be able to contextualize better. We start from the premise that those who legislate do so based on prejuduces and personal stereotypes, do so subjecttively, leauing aside the theory and the studies that areheld in the subject. To better understand the use of equality legislation, we Will analize some feminist positions that have given rise to the most recent reforms in the matter and that have had and important impacto n the new legislative agendas. We will also see the relevance of employing some contemporary theories on equality in the development of new laws, as well as its repercussion in case of being applied in our teritory, as well as the preparation of those who make op the committes related to equality, resulting in some initiatives that, from contemporary philosophy, subscribe in their theoretcal content.
